Aaron Bishop leads Bath Fitter Fam’s installation and service operations for Columbia, South Carolina, and Augusta, Georgia. He grew up in Lexington, South Carolina, served in the Navy for just under eight years and later earned a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
What experience does Aaron bring to a bathroom project?
Before joining Bath Fitter, Aaron worked in construction and management. In our operations-manager podcast, he explains how the team prepares for installation by reviewing photographs, measurements and the existing bathroom layout before the installer arrives.
That preparation includes practical details such as where the water shutoff is and how water enters the home. The consultant, operations team and installer each have a part in understanding the job before work begins.
“We make mistakes, we own them, and we take care of our customers.”
