Replaced our tub with walk in shower. A single technician skillfully removed our old tub/shower unit then installed the shower. This only took about 5 hours. The area was left clean and all debris removed. It was impressive.
Walter did a great job installing the tub. Explained the process of what he needed to do and cleaned up everything and left it neater than he found it. He was all done by noon!

My Bath Fitter installation went smoothly and without any hassle! Barry, our installer, was a pleasure to work with and very flexible. The installation included a complete demolition and reinstall of our plumbing, floor drain and shower. Barry was respectful of our space, opinions and fun to work with. Zach was very professional and courteous. This was a repair of chalking that separated from the wall. Repair looks great. I would recommend Bath Fitters. I have had the shower for years.
Zach was very pleasant to work with. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable and informative. I was having trouble with water under the lining in my bathtub. He measured, took pictures and explained everything as to what would be involved. It would be nice if all representatives of companies were as efficient and thorough as he was. You are lucky to have him as an employee.
I haven't used my shower yet, but it was professionally done. The installer (Miguel from Venezuela) was professional, clean, and considerate. I think the price was kind of high for a basic/standard walk-in shower, but the warranty and call back for further sealing after my floors get down are awesome. Overall would use them again if I could get a lower price😊. Mr. Dunn was very responsive to my needs and calls.
Couple of weeks ago we had our bathtub replaced by a walking shower by Bath fitter. The salesman, Kevin Heller explained the process and answered all our questioned very clearly. The price he quoted us was very competitive with other local contractors. Zack, the installer was great in doing a neat job. He kept us informed during the process. He was punctual in coming and leaving the finished job in excellent shape. We highly recommend Bath Fitter and if you can get Zack to do the installation, you hit the jack pot. Abraham & Jean Khalil
